A gardening market at Shiawase no Mura run by the committee behind Kobe Open Garden, a scheme in which residents open their private gardens to visitors. In its fourth year, about 18–20 garden-themed stalls line the central avenue in front of the Main Building, selling flower seedlings, succulents, wooden garden goods and handmade crafts. There is a talk on creating a leafy shade garden, plus workshops such as mixed container planting, upcycled-tin making and snow globes.
