No package price, no booking fee, no money passing through me. Nothing about where we go depends on what I'd earn from it.
Every stop is a counter with a handful of seats, so four is the honest limit. You end up talking to whoever is pouring rather than being talked at.
There's no departure calendar. Tell me when you're in Kobe and I'll put the night together, including the reservations restaurants here still want by phone.
