8. External Services and Embedded Content
We use Cloudinary for image delivery, Cloudflare for hosting and form bot protection, and Discord for internal editorial notifications of submitted tips. We may also embed content from external services such as Google Maps and Instagram within articles, and these embeds may allow the respective services to use cookies. Please refer to each provider's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data.
9. Personal Information When Using the Shop
When you purchase products through KOBE Brighten Market, we collect the recipient's name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information solely to process payment, ship your order, and contact you about it. We share it, only to the extent necessary, with Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) for payment processing and with the relevant seller for shipping. Credit card information is processed by Stripe and is not retained by this site. Personal information used for delivery is deleted from our order records after a set period following shipment (transaction records are retained by Stripe).
