BUMPY WRAP is a taco and Tex-Mex restaurant just north of Motomachi Station in Kobe. It opened on August 10, 2026, according to the opening announcement recorded in our Japanese report. Classic tacos start at ¥450, with combos from ¥1,200.
This English edition draws on KOBE Brighten's Japanese visit report, updated on August 26. Hours and booking information were checked again on September 15; the visit observations below describe that earlier visit.

Our visit: tacos, waffle fries and a seat outside
We ordered the DOUBLE COMBO, extra classic tacos, an Asahi draft beer and a Corona. Our seats faced Kitanagasadori, with the elevated railway and street trees in view. There was a breeze that evening, making it a comfortable place to sit with a beer and watch the street.

The DOUBLE COMBO came with two tacos and waffle fries, and was more filling than it looked. For the two of us, sharing one combo with a few extra classic tacos felt about right. Gloves arrived with the tacos, which helped keep our hands clean.

Ordering was through a mobile menu at the table. If you dislike cilantro (coriander), ask before ordering: we found an option to leave it out of classic tacos, but not in the combo ordering screen. We have not confirmed whether an English ordering interface is available.
