Why You Should Visit
A free Christmas event on winter evenings at Meriken Park on Kobe's waterfront. This year's edition, themed "Lights for the Future, Lights of the Port," runs for seven days from December 19 to 25. The highlight is a drone show held twice every night, and on the first and last days the show is followed by fireworks in collaboration with the Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks. A stage program and food area round it out, making it an easy Christmas night out by the harbor for couples and families.
