Seniors (65+), disability certificate holders, and one caregiver receive 50% off. Kobe residents receive 50% off during their birth month. Invitation and voucher tickets must be exchanged for a QR code at the information desk. Groups (15+) require advance reservation. Annual pass holders do not need reservations but may face entry restrictions during crowded periods.
