Price & booking: Kobe Port Tower collab admission: ¥1,500 adults, ¥800 children (elementary–junior high). With a 3F revolving cafe ticket: ¥3,500 adults, ¥2,800 children (tax included). The lower-floor PORT TERRACE and the Felissimo Chocolate Museum shop area are free to enter. Kobe Port Tower collab tickets are sold on Felissimo's dedicated ticket site. Hotel stay plans and the átoa set ticket (limited to 500) are booked through each venue's own site.

Why You Should Visit

Kobe's summer Miffy collaboration centres on Kobe Port Tower and Dick Bruna TABLE Kobe, then spreads out across the city's waterfront. The 2026 edition is themed on night time: NIGHT artwork drawn from the picture book miffy's dream, full of stars and moons, appears from 17:00 each day. Look for Miffy on the rooftop deck's glass wall, interactive art on observation floor 4, a pop-up night market, and tie-ins at átoa, umie and the harbour hotels — all walkable after dark.

Is there an admission fee?

The Kobe Port Tower observation floors require a collab admission ticket (¥1,500 adults, ¥800 children, tax included). The lower-floor PORT TERRACE and the Felissimo Chocolate Museum shop area are free to enter.

Is the night market open every day?

No — it runs on set dates. Between July 30 and August 30 it opens 17:00–22:00 on scheduled days (some until 21:00), and September dates will be announced on the official site. Only holders of a same-day Kobe Port Tower ticket can buy, and it may be cancelled in rain.

When can I buy the NIGHT design goods?

They go on sale from 17:00. DAY designs are available during the day at the shop on observation floor 2. When crowded, sales may move to a separate area.

Is it enjoyable with children?

Yes — the interactive art on observation floor 4 and the photo spots inside and around the tower are designed for younger visitors too. Children's tickets (elementary to junior high) are ¥800; check the official site for preschool-age policy.
