Kobe Port Tower collab admission: ¥1,500 adults, ¥800 children (elementary–junior high). With a 3F revolving cafe ticket: ¥3,500 adults, ¥2,800 children (tax included). The lower-floor PORT TERRACE and the Felissimo Chocolate Museum shop area are free to enter.
