Price & booking: Free For the photo session, bring your completed stamp card (all three stamps) to the reception desk. No numbered tickets; guests are generally admitted in order of arrival depending on crowds and remaining time. A completed card does not guarantee a spot, and reception may close early if demand is high
Venue & access: Tokyu Plaza Shin-Nagata (photo sessions at the 2F special venue) 1 min walk from Shin-Nagata Station (JR Kobe Line, Subway Seishin-Yamate and Kaigan Lines). By car, use the partner Shin-Nagata Ekimae Parking (1 hour free per ticket with a purchase of ¥2,000+)

Why You Should Visit

Tokyu Plaza Shin-Nagata, right by Shin-Nagata Station, is running a family stamp rally through November 23 in partnership with the Hyogo Prefectural Police's "Nagara Mimamori" community-watch initiative. Illustrations are by Hidekazu Tamura, an artist born and based in Shin-Nagata. Kids hunt for three stamps around the mall, and a large character display greets visitors at the entrance. Children who complete the card can join a photo session on November 23 (Mon, holiday) and pose in a kid-size police uniform — an easy add-on to a shopping trip with little ones.
