Why You Should Visit

Forty minutes under a full dome of stars with nothing but Sakanaction's music and visuals, at the planetarium of the science museum on Port Island. There is no commentary on constellations or space; you sink into darkness, sound and light. Seating is unreserved for 230, with lie-back relax seats available on the day for ¥500 extra. Screenings run once a day at 16:00, mainly on Fridays, weekends and holidays from 29 Sep to 28 Dec, for ¥1,300 cash. Elementary age and up only; preschoolers cannot enter. Booking is required by 23:59 the day before, and as of 22 Sep most dates through mid-November are already full, so book early.
