Why You Should Visit

A three-day show at Suma Rikyu Park by the Kobe Cactus Club, founded in 1931 and described as Japan's oldest cactus and succulent society. Around 50 pots grown by members are on display, including rarities such as Encephalartos horridus and the tortoise plant (Dioscorea elephantipes). Members offer growing advice and sell seedlings, so it suits both curious visitors and anyone looking to take a plant home.
