Why You Should Visit

Osaka Prefecture's annual flowers-and-greenery fair moves venues each year; in 2026 it takes over the central flower garden of Oizumi Ryokuchi Park in Sakai. Expect hands-on sessions such as succulent and flower planting and mini bonsai, a stage programme, food trucks and stalls selling Osaka-grown produce, plus an inflatable play area for kids. A PR booth promotes GREEN×EXPO 2027 in Yokohama, and the prefecture has announced appearances by mascots Tunk-Tunk and Myaku-Myaku. Free entry, no booking; some workshops charge for materials.
