A neighborhood summer festival on the grounds of Nagata Elementary School. Join the bon-odori dancing around the tower and enjoy food stalls with candy scooping, oden, frankfurters and more. Organized by the local youth development council, it's a warm, small-town evening where children and elders gather side by side.
