Why You Should Visit

Halloween events run by each block of the Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street. On Saturday, October 31, there is a free costume parade in Motomachi 1-bangai (first 150 people, same-day sign-up) and free face painting, a puzzle hunt and balloon art for kids in 3-chome. October 25 featured a parade through the arcade, a rakugo show at Motomachi Eigakan cinema and a flamenco stage in 5-chome. A good fit for families who want to walk the arcade in costume.
