Why You Should Visit

A neighbourhood Halloween held every year in Hanakuma Park by the Hanakuma children's association. There is balloon art, pumpkin bucket making, a lucky draw, bouncy-ball scooping and capsule toys. It is free and you can just turn up; costumes are optional. Sannomiya bar Chika-do also runs a stall. A relaxed local event on the hillside above Motomachi.
