Why You Should Visit

A semi-annual shoe market held in Nagata, Kobe's chemical shoe manufacturing district. The 59th edition takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Tetsujin Hiroba in Shin-Nagata, from 9:00 to 16:00. Local shoemakers bring women's, men's, children's shoes and sneakers to an outdoor bazaar with festival-style stalls — a chance to grab Nagata-made shoes at friendly prices.

Discount coupon

A 500-yen coupon is handed out from 12:00 at the separate ground inside the venue to the first 600 people. It's only good for shoes and no change is given.
