2026 59th Kutsukko Matsuri (Shoe Festival)

Why You Should Visit

A semi-annual shoe market held in Nagata, Kobe's chemical shoe manufacturing district. The 59th edition takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Tetsujin Hiroba in Shin-Nagata, from 9:00 to 16:00. Local shoemakers bring their products to an outdoor bazaar with festival-style stalls — a chance to grab Nagata-made shoes at friendly prices.
