Why You Should Visit
From September to November, the illuminations on TOTTEI PARK's climbable "Green Hill" on Kobe's Shinko Pier 2 switch to an autumn palette themed on maple leaves. Gradients of red, gold and orange cover the hill, and the lights along the TOTTEI WEST CORRIDOR walkway stay on too. The lights run from sunset until 23:00 and entry is free. On Saturday November 7 and 21, the Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks go up at 18:00, so you can watch them over the water from the lit-up hill. A good stop for an after-dinner harbour walk or free night photography.
