Why You Should Visit

A free smartphone mystery game marking 20 years of Kobe Airport. Start at the instruction board on the third floor of Terminal 1, then follow a story delivered through LINE as you work out who left a suitcase behind. Clues are scattered across Terminals 1 and 2, so you walk the buildings to gather them; allow 1.5 to 2 hours including the walking. You can start any time during the run, and since it is all indoors, rain is not a problem.

About 18 min on the Port Liner from Sannomiya Station to Kobe Airport Station. By car, cross the Kobe Sky Bridge and use the airport parking lots.

There are 6 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Kobe Airport Terminal 1 & Terminal 2, and 7 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

FAQ

Is there a fee? Do I need to book?

It is free and no booking is needed. You can start any time during the run from the instruction board on the third floor of Terminal 1. Only your data charges apply.

Can children take part? How long does it take?

It is recommended for ages 12 and up (junior high school age or older). It takes 1.5 to 2 hours including walking, with no time limit. Younger children should solve it together with a guardian.

Do I need anything besides a smartphone?

You need a smartphone with internet access and LINE, and the LINE app should be downloaded beforehand. You will be walking a lot, so keep your battery charged; earphones help because some parts play audio.

Can I take part on a rainy day?

The whole game takes place inside Terminals 1 and 2, so rain does not affect it.
