No cover charge at ENDS on the night. Order a drink (from ¥600) and let's talk over it. A small, relaxed monthly language exchange hosted by KOBE Brighten. It's an easy one to try if it's your first language exchange or you're coming on your own. Locals, international residents and travelers meet over a drink at Food Bar ENDS, a short walk from Sannomiya Station. It's casual: drop in any time between 7 and 9 pm and leave whenever you like. There's no program and no speeches. English, Japanese or a mix is fine, at any level. If you come on your own, the host will introduce you to people. The host spent five years living in Australia and a year in Sri Lanka, and has traveled around Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, so wherever you're from, you'll find someone curious about your country. A good fit if you live in Kobe and want to practice your Japanese.

Attendance & cancellation
Free entry and no cover charge. Order at least one drink (from ¥600), paid directly to the bar. Photos are taken on the night and shared in attendees' tickets. Tell us at reception if you'd rather not be in them.
