Strolling the lantern-lit streets is free. The former Sugiyama Residence charges 400 yen (adults) / 200 yen (children); yukata rental from 1,200 yen; festival games 100 yen a go.

A short walk from Tondabayashi or Tondabayashi-nishiguchi stations on the Kintetsu Nagano Line. There is no dedicated parking nearby, so please come by public transport.

[Lanterns]
- A thousand lanterns through the district, lit 18:30–21:00
- The Mido Toro at Koshoji Betsuin uses 100 of them
