Why You Should Visit

A nighttime experience event, first held in 2026, in which the entire Parks Garden rooftop garden at Namba Parks is wrapped in a mist "sea of clouds" and illuminated. Across the garden's floors 2 to 8, home to around 500 species and 100,000 plants, fog rises from the lower levels on the hour and half hour, catching the lights like a shimmering water surface. At 21:00 every spot releases clouds at once for Super Unkai Time. Viewing is free, and the venue connects directly to Namba Station, so it is easy to drop by after shopping or dinner. Strong wind weakens the effect and bad weather can cancel it without notice.

FAQ

When can I see the clouds?

Between 17:30 and 22:00, clouds rise from floor 2 upward on the hour and half hour. The easiest time to catch the full effect is Super Unkai Time at 21:00, when every spot goes at once.

What happens if it rains?

On windy days the clouds blow away and the effect weakens; in bad weather the show may be cancelled without notice for safety. Check the official site before heading out.
