Ekisoare Candle Night in Seishin-Chuo 2026

Why You Should Visit

An evening event at Plenty Plaza right outside Seishin-Chuo Station, where visitors write wishes on candles and light them together. Hosted by the station-front shopping centre Ekisoare Seishin-Chuo, this is its fourth edition. Show a same-day shopping receipt to join for free between 17:00 and 20:00, and during the day there is candle scooping, where you pick candles to take home. The plaza is steps from the station, easy to drop by with family after shopping.

FAQ

Does it cost anything to join?

From 17:00 to 20:00 it is free with a same-day receipt or farmers' market ticket. After 20:00 it costs 100 yen, and you get a 100-yen Ekisoare shopping voucher.

What happens if it rains?

It goes ahead in light rain. In heavy rain or strong wind it is postponed to Sunday, October 4.

Is there a participant limit?

Candle Night is limited to the first 600 people, and candle scooping to the first 150.
