A music festival organized by Peco, a singer-songwriter and working nurse based in Kobe. In Part 1, around 40 musician acts from across Japan perform in a live circuit spread across Kobe Harborland — the Space Theater, Culmeni and the north side of Takahama Quay. Part 2 is a solo live show by Peco herself at the Space Theater. Admission is free, with some paid reserved seating available.
