Why You Should Visit

Once a year, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and their owners from all over Japan gather at the plaza in front of the Kobe Mosaic Ferris wheel in Kobe Harborland for this festival of the breed. Vendors from around the country set up stalls selling dog goods, treats and other things for your pet, and dogs of other breeds are welcome too. Entry is free, so it suits Cavalier owners and anyone out for a harbourside walk with their dog.
