Why You Should Visit

Daimaru Shinsaibashi gives its whole food floor over to Yume Silk, a sweet potato grown in Osaka and certified under the prefecture's Osaka-mon scheme for its dense sweetness and silky texture. Around 20 brands, centred on the B1 food hall, build collaboration items around it, while the restaurants and tea salons on floors 10, 7 and 5 each serve a dish limited to ten portions a day. From October 10 the Oimosan Marche runs for three days out on Midosuji, taking Yume Silk outdoors.
