Why You Should Visit
A summer waterfront event at Kobe's Meriken Park, pairing craft beer with live music by the sea. Over ten local breweries pour alongside food booths and kitchen cars serving kushikatsu, steak, game meat and more, with live bands playing every evening. A kids' festival corner (yo-yo fishing, character scoop and more) makes it easy for families and couples alike, and on August 8 the Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks light up the water just offshore.

Bad weather around the venue led the organisers to cancel Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 August. The 2026 run ended on Tuesday 11 August.
VENDORS
Around 25 food booths and kitchen cars — from kushikatsu, steak and game meat to pizza, akashiyaki and sweets — plus about 11 craft beer and wine stalls, rotating by day. Vendors change from day to day.
LIVE MUSIC
14 acts perform live across the seven days, changing daily.
KIDS' FESTIVAL
Yo-yo fishing, character scoop, ring toss, candy grab, Meriken frank and more; a free festival ticket is handed out to early buyers with any food purchase.
FIREWORKS
Kobe Port Weekend Fireworks (about 5 min) offshore around 19:30 on August 8.
