About a 5-minute walk from Komagabayashi Station on the Kaigan subway line, or right by the Komagabayashicho-higashi stop on city bus route 10. No parking on the day, so use public transport.

Performances

• Kagura 'Toyosaka no Mai' (a maiden dance with seasonal flowers)
• Kagura 'Asahi Mai' (the chief priest's dance with a sakaki branch)
• Naniwa kagura 'Azuma Kocho no Mai' (a rare dance with two fans)
• Gagaku 'Hyojo Etenraku' by the shrine's ensemble Enso-kai — this year the sho, hichiriki and ryuteki play together for the first time
• Yosakoi by graduates of Chikata Kindergarten

Moon-viewing offering

• Reception 17:00–19:00 at the shrine office in the grounds
• Offer at least one autumn food plus an autumn-themed poem or drawing to receive moon-viewing sake (or juice) and pampas grass

Stalls

• Takoyaki / baby castella / moon-viewing sake / moon dumplings / kohakuto candy / tacos / katanuki
• 'Tsuki Narabe' puzzle challenge / dumpling stacking (win a gemstone if you succeed)

Requests

• Please do not come by bicycle
• No eating or drinking inside the hall
• Photography is generally allowed, except where performers decline

In rain, performances move indoors and stalls run as planned; the final call is posted at noon on the day on the official site and LINE.
