REGISTRATION

Advance application only, with participants chosen by lottery. Apply through Kobe City's event site, Odekake KOBE. Applications run from 14:00 on Wednesday, August 5 to 23:59 on Friday, September 11, and results are due by email on Friday, September 18. Open to 30 elementary school students living in Kobe and their guardians.

NOTE

• 9:00 Reception opens
• 9:30–10:30 Beach clean-up
• 10:30–12:00 Rugby session (for beginners)

If it rains

• The event is cancelled in rain
• The decision is made at 7:00 that morning; if cancelled, selected participants are contacted by email or phone
