What to wear:

• Bringing something 'wa' helps you blend in: kimono, or just a folding fan, hair ornament, green tea or Japanese sweets

Past Kyoto editions:

• 2024 and 2025 were peace walks in Arashiyama on 21 September (meeting at Randen Arashiyama Station, visiting Horin-ji, Arashiyama Park, the bamboo grove and Tenryu-ji). From 2026 the format is a stage and market at Maruyama Park Music Hall
