Direct and route buses run from major Kansai hubs including Osaka, Sannomiya, Shin-Kobe, and Kyoto stations (about 40–50 min from Sannomiya/Shin-Kobe, 70 min from Osaka, 20 min from Sanda). By car, just off the Kobe-Sanda IC on the Chugoku Expressway, with free parking.

"Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets is hosting an event full of autumn atmosphere. The roughly 5-metre moon that proved popular last year returns, with a silhouette of moon rabbits pounding rice cake on one side. On September 21 and 22 the Kwansei Gakuin University Symphony Orchestra performs. There are also animal encounters with capybaras, sugar gliders and, in keeping with the moon theme, rabbits, plus the Sorayume Marche held with the Kobe Industry and Employment Support Foundation. We look forward to welcoming you."

• Nine restaurants in and around the Food Gallery serve limited dishes that use egg yolk or cheese as the moon
• Food Gallery eateries open 10:00–20:00; sit-down restaurants (Onikuya, Salon Ginza Sabou Kome Shokudo) 11:00–21:00. Last orders vary by shop
