About a 15-minute walk from JR Kobe Station, Harborland Subway Station, or Kosoku Kobe Station, in front of the Mosaic Ferris wheel.

There are 5 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Plaza in front of the Mosaic Ferris Wheel, Kobe Harborland, and 1 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

NOTE

Around 120 dog-goods shops from across Japan (the largest edition yet), offering treats, summer cool/glowing items, dental and skin-care products and more, plus food trucks. The full shop list is on the official Instagram highlights (dog clothing & goods / food / treats / other).

Supply drive for rescue dogs & cats: the organizer collects unused pet supplies and delivers them to a rescue group (@coka_animalrescue). Only items listed in the official announcement are accepted; hand them to roving staff on the day.

Manners & rules:

• Keep your dog on a short leash at all times (no retractable, long, or off-leash).
• Dogs prone to marking must wear a manner wrap.
• Clean up after your dog and take waste home.
• Avoid group photos in front of shops; use the photo spots.
• Watch your dog to prevent eating stray items.

Mosaic & nearby facilities:

• Pets are allowed only on the 1F/2F passages and plazas of Mosaic; no elevators.
• Dogs are not allowed inside the Kobe Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall grounds or on the main street there.
• Restrooms are available inside the Kobe Renga Soko (brick warehouse).

Parking & access:

• Paid parking nearby; heavy congestion expected, so public transport is recommended.

※This is NOT Meriken Park (where the BE KOBE monument is).
