In the spring of 2026, the “TOTTEI KOBE Port Festival 1st ANNIVERSARY” will be held around Kobe’s new waterfront landmark, “TOTTEI.”
The festival runs from March 20 (Fri) to April 19 (Sun), 2026. For one full month, a diverse lineup of events—ranging from music festivals and immersive art to sports—will celebrate the first anniversary of TOTTEI’s opening.
A Special Month Utilizing the Harbor Location

TOTTEI is known for its refreshing, open atmosphere surrounded by the sea. This anniversary festival aims to leverage that unique location to offer integrated experiences of music, art, and sports.
The theme is: “A Port Festival where Cultures Intersect.”
From music and art to sports and food, it looks to be a period where visitors can enjoy the eclectic and vibrant culture that defines TOTTEI.
April 5th | TOTTEI PARK FESTIVAL 2026
The standout music event is the “TOTTEI PARK FESTIVAL 2026” .
It will take place on April 5 (Sun) at TOTTEI PARK. The lineup features two major acts: Def Tech and MONKEY MAJIK.
Based on the concept, “We don’t need everything. Just good music,” this will be a special two-man outdoor festival. Without the rush of daily life, visitors can relax and enjoy high-quality music while feeling the sea breeze—an experience unique to TOTTEI PARK. It’s a perfect addition to a spring stroll through Kobe.
Transforming the Waterfront into Art | KOBE BUBBLUMI 2026

The immersive art event “KOBE BUBBLUMI 2026” will also be held around the TOTTEI area.
Set at the TOTTEI entrance and the western waterfront, this installation is created by the Australian artist group Atelier Sisu.
By day, the bubble-like art sparkles in the sunlight. By night, it transforms into a colorful, illuminated spectacle. The changing atmosphere between day and night, combined with the Kobe waterfront scenery, is sure to be highly Instagrammable.
Enjoying the City on Foot | Wonder Walk Kobe 2026
On April 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun), “Wonder Walk Kobe 2026” is scheduled to take place.
Starting from TOTTEI PARK, this walking festival offers several courses: Full (42.195km), Half (21.0975km), 10km, and 5km.
The concept is “walking as if you are traveling.” Rather than a competition, it’s an event designed to let participants savor the scenery of Kobe at their own pace. The total capacity is 5,000 participants across all courses, so early registration is recommended.
Sports and Live Events
During the period, GLION ARENA KOBE will host various events, including home games for the Kobe Storks (B.League). There are also plans for visitors to enjoy both the arena events and the TOTTEI area through interactive features like stamp rallies on a dedicated app. It sounds like the kind of event where you might stop by for a moment and end up staying the whole day.
