A summer festival at Youth Plaza KOBE WEST, a youth facility inside Suma Patio's Kenkokan building. On Aug 7, junior and senior high school volunteers run a haunted house they planned and staged themselves (free, elementary school age and under). On Aug 8, a traditional festival midway with five games — including shooting gallery and super-ball scooping — runs on a 500-yen ticket system (elementary school age and under). A hands-on event built from the ground up by teen volunteers.
