Why You Should Visit

A neighbourhood summer festival on the lawn at Misaki Park, run by the Wadamisaki town-planning council and now in its fourth year. The stage features a brass band, bon dance and the Wadamiya danjiri float, with singer-songwriter Yuta Okada as guest performer. Around the grounds you'll find a Splatoon 3 meet-up, a sticker-swap corner and food stalls, plus a prize draw using tickets handed out at reception. Admission is free, and the crowd is mostly local families gathering from the early evening.
