The first set plays on the Shinkawa Canal promenade, then the stage moves to the 2nd-floor library of the Hyogo-no-Tsu Museum, with professional musicians joined by audition-selected bands. Held the same day as the 2026 Hyogo Canal Festival, so you can make a full day of it by the water.
