Why You Should Visit

An autumn community festival at Shinohara Ground in Nada-ku, hosted by the Shinohara Itsukushima Shrine danjiri association. Try playing danjiri instruments along with the festival music, get the ¥500 "Asobi Passport" for one go at each of five games, grab yakisoba or shaved ice from food stands, and join the stamp rally. A relaxed, family-friendly way to get a taste of Kobe's danjiri culture.
