Shiki no Marche — Summer Festival 2026

Dates & time: August 22, 2026 (Sat) 10:00–16:00
Price & booking: Free admission, and the children's festival game corner is free to join (workshops, shopping and treatments are paid at each booth). The first 50 people who fill in the survey receive a gift. No booking needed to attend. The care corner and the AQUA AURA workshop give priority to bookings — contact the organising committee (Kondo, naruochodaikouten@gmail.com).

Why You Should Visit

The third edition of a neighbourhood market held a few times a year at Seiryo Kamikoshien, a nursing home in the Kamikoshien area of Nishinomiya. This one takes a summer-festival theme, adding traditional game stalls for children. Workshops line up — herbarium bottles, brush lettering, aroma bath bombs — alongside a care corner offering foot treatments, fortune-telling, food trucks and fresh vegetables. Admission is free and locals can simply drop in.

Admission is free. Workshops, purchases and treatments are paid at each booth, and the first 50 people to complete the survey get a gift.

Do the workshops need to be booked?

Some can be joined on the day, but the care corner and AQUA AURA's Little Witch workshop give priority to bookings. Contact the organising committee in advance at naruochodaikouten@gmail.com to be sure.

Is it good for families with children?

A festival game corner for children has been added this time, and workshops such as handprint art and pop-up cards are easy for kids to try.
