Why You Should Visit

A hands-on, inclusive festival where children with and without disabilities can play together, held over two days inside the Nishinomiya City General Welfare Center. Highlights include the OriHime Café, where avatar robots operated remotely serve guests, programming experiences, art workshops, a sports zone where you can try wheelchair tennis, a disaster-preparedness booth and a corner of sweets from around Hyogo. About 700 people came last year. Admission is free, and the venue is easy to get around by wheelchair or stroller, so it suits families looking for a weekend outing with kids.
