Why You Should Visit

A two-evening community event on Ashinosora, the rooftop terrace of Ashiya Montemer, the mall attached to JR Ashiya Station. Local university students play jazz and acoustic sets while food and goods stalls open around the terrace, with Ashiya's sunset and the city lights coming on below. Co-hosted by JR West Urban Development and Nijiseka, a community known for department-store pop-ups. Vendors and sponsors are still being recruited, so the lineup will be announced later.
