Dates & time: October 31, 2026 (Sat) - November 4, 2026 (Wed) 10:00–17:00 (until 15:00 on the last day, Nov 4)
cost: Free entry. Four shops check out at the main desk; the other 15 take payment at their own tents.
Venue & access: Pine grove inside Nishinomiya Shrine, just past the main Omon Gate About a 5-minute walk south-west from the Ebisu exit of Hanshin Nishinomiya Station, or about 10 minutes from JR Sakura-Shukugawa Station.

Why You Should Visit

A five-day open-air used book market set up inside Nishinomiya Shrine by the Hyogo Kosho Kenkyukai, a group of secondhand booksellers. Started in 2023, this is the fourth edition, with 19 shops from Hyogo, Kyoto and Osaka setting up in the pine grove just inside the main Omon Gate. On the afternoon of Sunday, Nov 1, Radio Kansai records its literary podcast "Denpa de Omoroi Junbun Undo" live at the fair, so book lovers can combine browsing with the live taping.
