About 20 min by shuttle bus from Seapath Park near Izumiotsu Station (Nankai Main Line); 1,500 yen round trip, limited advance sales. Direct return buses run to Namba (3,000 yen) and Umeda (3,500 yen). By car, exit the Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Route at Sukematsu and head south on Pref. Route 29 (parking pass 3,000 yen, sold in advance; motorcycles 1,000 yen paid on site).
