Price & booking: 1-day: 8,800 yen (junior high and up) / 4,400 yen for elementary kids (tax incl., free standing). The 16,500-yen 2-day pass is sold out Tickets via e+ (an overseas purchase page is available). Bring photo ID — identity checks may happen at the gate.
Venue & access: Izumiotsu Phoenix Multipurpose Ground About 20 min by shuttle bus from Seapath Park near Izumiotsu Station (Nankai Main Line); 1,500 yen round trip, limited advance sales. Direct return buses run to Namba (3,000 yen) and Umeda (3,500 yen). By car, exit the Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Route at Sukematsu and head south on Pref. Route 29 (parking pass 3,000 yen, sold in advance; motorcycles 1,000 yen paid on site).

Why You Should Visit

A rock festival on the reclaimed bayfront of Izumiotsu Phoenix that traditionally closes out Kansai's summer. The 2026 edition runs August 29–30 with 42 acts: BUMP OF CHICKEN headline the 29th and Creepy Nuts the 30th, joined by ELLEGARDEN, SiM, BRAHMAN, Saucy Dog, Macaroni Empitsu and more. It's all free-standing, and watching from the breezy lawn is as much a tradition as the front rows. A smaller Extra Show follows on the 31st.

FAQ

Can I walk to the venue?

Walking isn't an official option. The standard route is the shuttle bus (about 20 min, tickets sold in advance) from Seapath Park near Nankai Izumiotsu Station.

Is it OK with kids?

Elementary kids enter on a 4,400-yen kids ticket. Families do fine on the lawn with a picnic sheet, away from the front crush. It's a reclaimed island in midsummer, so plan seriously for the heat.

Is it cancelled if it rains?

It runs rain or shine. Only severe weather like a typhoon cancels it, announced at 7:00 that morning on the official site and social media.
