Price & booking: Includes park admission (advance / on the day): adult + 1 dog ¥3,000 / ¥4,000; adult ¥2,200 / ¥2,700; elementary school and under (age 4+) ¥1,000 / ¥1,300; age 3 and under free; 1 dog ¥800 / ¥1,100. A regular Blume no Oka admission ticket does not give access to the event area. Annual pass discounts do not apply Tickets are sold on LivePocket. On-the-day tickets cost more than advance tickets
Venue & access: Shiga Agricultural Park Blumen Hügel (Blume no Oka), Hino (Shiga) Ohmi Bus from Ohmi Railway Hino Station (about 15 min) to Habano-cho, then about a 10-min walk. By car, about 20 min from Yokaichi IC on the Meishin Expressway (free parking for 2,000 cars)

Why You Should Visit

A breed-only meet-up for poodles and their owners, held for the first time at Shiga Agricultural Park Blume no Oka. Owners swap dog "business cards" to introduce their poodles, vote in the Poodle Mayor Election to pick a "mayor" with special perks, and line up for a group photo, while the Wanko Marché brings together 20 stalls selling dog clothes, treats and care goods. The ticket includes park admission, so you can spend the whole day in the park with your dog. A good day out for anyone who lives with a poodle and wants to meet others who do.

Artist Kyapi paints a poodle-themed piece live at the venue, and you can also get body paint by ASAKO or a chalk-style dog portrait by teru

Can I enter the event with a regular Blume no Oka admission ticket?

No. You need a POODLE CITY ticket for the event area. The ticket already includes park admission.

Can children come too?

Yes. Children aged 4 through elementary school pay ¥1,000 in advance or ¥1,300 on the day, and children 3 and under are free.

What happens if it rains?

The event is cancelled in severe weather.
