By car, about 1 km from Seika-Gakken IC on the Keinawa Expressway; use the park car park on the west side (¥500 per visit for cars)

Why You Should Visit

A market held several times a year on the Lawn Plaza of Keihanna Commemorative Park in Seika, southern Kyoto Prefecture. The November 2026 edition is the 59th, running Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November. Expect stalls of antiques, homeware and plants, plus food trucks for lunch. Dogs are welcome, and plenty of visitors bring theirs. Entry is free, making it an easy family outing for browsing and eating on the grass.

Does it go ahead in the rain?

It is cancelled in rain. The decision is made at 18:00 the day before and announced on the Keihanna Commemorative Park website and the organiser's social media.

Is there an entry fee?

Entry is free and no registration is needed. Parking costs ¥500 per visit for cars.
