An indoor handmade and lifestyle-goods market in the basement of Osaka City Central Public Hall, a national Important Cultural Property. A dozen or so stalls sell hats and pouches, fabric goods, gemstone accessories, imported sundries, baked goods and Japanese snacks, plus tarot and fortune-telling booths. Being indoors, it works on rainy days and pairs well with a stroll around Nakanoshima. Free entry.
