By train: direct shuttle buses from Midorigaoka Station on the Kobe Electric Railway (every ~15 min; outbound from 15:30, return from 20:15). By car: there is no venue parking — park and ride from temporary lots such as Aeon Miki or Bessho-cho Community Center.

NOTE

[How the shuttle buses work] There is no parking at the venue, so there are really two ways in:

• By train: direct buses from Midorigaoka Station (every ~15 min, most frequent) or Ebisu Station (every ~30 min) on the Kobe Electric Railway
• By car: park-and-ride — leave your car at a temporary lot and board the bus at the nearest stop

[Outbound buses (15:30–19:15)] by boarding point

• Midorigaoka Sta. (direct): every ~15 min (no parking — for train users)
• Ebisu Sta. (direct): every ~30 min

  Drivers: park at the General Health & Welfare Center or City Hall (Culture Hall side), then board at Ebisu Sta.

• Bessho-cho Community Center: fixed departures at 16:00 / 17:00 / 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00 (parking available)
• Aeon Miki: every ~30 min (parking available)
• Former Shijimi Jr. High: fixed departures at 15:30 / 16:30 / 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00 (no parking)
• Yokawa area route (via JA Kuchiyokawa, former Seiyo Jr. High): every ~60 min (parking: Yokawa-cho Community Center, JA Kuchiyokawa, Kuchiyokawa-cho Community Center, former Seiyo Jr. High)

* At peak times (16:30–19:00) buses may be full — no extra services, wait for the next one

* Traffic jams may delay arrival past the fireworks start; come early

[Return buses (from the venue, 20:15–22:15)] by direction

• To Midorigaoka Sta.: every ~10 min
• To Ebisu Sta.: every ~20 min
• Toward Bessho-cho Community Center / Aeon Miki / former Shijimi Jr. High: every ~30 min
• Toward Yokawa: every ~60 min

* Small pets must ride in a carrier

Parking & traffic

• No parking at or around the venue; no cars, motorbikes or bicycles to the venue itself
• Accessible parking is available inside the venue (contact the festival office)
• Voluntary traffic restrictions around the venue
