Why You Should Visit

A daytime market held in the arcade of Marugo Ichiba on the same day as Shin-Nagata Hello Market. Yakisoba, Myanmar dishes, boiled gyoza, Korean marinated eggs, seafood chijimi and butcher-made croquettes line the arcade, with shochu, beer and highballs poured from midday. Showa-era retro goods, handmade crafts, used books and a children's festival corner round it out — six hours of eating your way from one end to the other.

Can I combine it with Shin-Nagata Hello Market?

The two venues are about a 5-minute walk apart. The Life Creation Center closes at 16:00 and Marugo Ichiba at 17:00, so starting at the centre and finishing with a drink in the market works well.
