Venues (9): Sankita Hiroba / Sankita-dori / Kobe Hankyu / Sannomiya Platz / Sanraku A & B (Sannomiya Hankyu Rakutenchi) / Sannomiya Center-gai / Kobe International House / Ikuta Shrine.
Charity drive: Aug 7 at Sannomiya Center-gai 12:30–13:45 and Kobe International House 13:30–13:45; Aug 8 and 9 at both venues 12:30–12:45, run by all the performers gathered before showtime.

Ikuta Shrine stage: the programme is split into a "Shuyu Fes slot" and an "Ikuta Shrine slot". The former features Gagaga SP, →Pia-no-jaC←, Sex Machineguns, Shinji Harada and Arukara; the latter taiko, kagura, KOBerrieS♪ and Kobe Kiyomori-tai.
pod'z, announced in the first line-up release, has withdrawn.
