About a 2-minute walk from exit 3 of the east ticket gate at Shinkaichi Station on the Kobe Rapid Line (for Kirakukan). Drivers can use the paid car parks nearby.

TICKETS / REGISTRATION

Fees and application methods differ by performance. Check the timetables and booking details for each venue on the official Kobe Rakugo Festival site. The Hyogo Prefecture programmes at Minatogawa Hall, including the Takarazuka Revue collaboration and the children-only rakugo session, are free but must be booked in advance.

NOTE

Venues and side programmes

• Kirakukan: special daytime performances run 19-25 Oct (line-ups for 19-23 Oct are on the official site), with extra morning and evening bills
• Rakugo-ka Shop Jack: performers spend a day as guest owner of shops around Shinkaichi
• Gara-pon prize draw: enter with a ticket from any venue (Minatogawa Hall issues a draw ticket)
