Why You Should Visit

The organizers' aim isn't "an event for beer lovers" but "an event that makes more beer lovers." This craft beer gathering debuts at Meriken Park on Kobe's waterfront, with six breweries from across Kansai—several based in Hyogo—pouring brews to taste and compare. Food stalls and music round out the day, and the welcoming mood suits first-timers as much as fans. Admission is free, so you can stroll the harbor and grab a glass along the way.
