Why You Should Visit

A hands-on art event for children held by the Takarazuka Junior Chamber of Commerce at historic Nakayamadera Temple. Participants press handprints onto a large cloth to create a giant rainbow of hope. A children's portable shrine procession (mikoshi) on the same day is also open to join.

Is there an admission fee?

It's free. However, advance registration is required and capacity is limited to 100 participants.

What age range can participate?

The event is open to children from infants (age 0) to elementary school age (age 12), and pregnant women.

What happens in case of rain?

The event will proceed regardless of rain. The Ema-do hall is a covered indoor facility.

How do I get to Nakayamadera Temple?

About a 3-minute walk from Nakayama-Kannon Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. Public transport is recommended.
